Cooking Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray 8 x12 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken breasts in pan crosswise.
     
  • Place one slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Spread undiluted chicken soup over the cheese and chicken.
     
  • Prepare stuffing according to package. You may need to add an extra 1/4 cup (50ml) of water to ensure that stuffing is quite moist. Top the casserole with the stuffing mix.
     
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Chicken should be white without any trace of pink when pierced with a fork.
     
  • Eula serves her casserole with a salad, rolls and "pretty" carrots.
